If you make in-app purchases, we may receive transaction data (e.g., purchase status, subscription status), but we do not collect or store full payment details. Payments are processed by Apple and third-party services such as RevenueCat.

Categories of personal information we collect may include identifiers (such as email address and device identifiers), internet or network activity (such as app usage data), and commercial information (such as subscription status, if applicable).

Analytics

We use PostHog to analyze how users interact with our Apps and to improve functionality.

PostHog may collect:

  • Usage events (e.g., button taps, screens viewed)

  • Device and technical information

  • Identifiers such as device IDs or pseudonymous user IDs

For users in jurisdictions that require it (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we obtain your consent before collecting analytics data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through in-app settings (where available) or by contacting us.It may limit your ability to use certain features of the Apps that rely on analytics or other consent-based processing.

Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix application errors and improve stability.Crashlytics may collect:

  • Device information (such as device model, operating system version)

  • App state at the time of a crash

  • Crash logs and diagnostic information

  • Anonymous identifiers or device identifiers

Crash data is used solely for debugging, improving performance, and maintaining app stability. Where permitted by law, this processing is based on our legitimate interests in ensuring the security and reliability of the Apps.We do not use crash reporting data for advertising or user profiling purposes.

Push Notifications

We may use OneSignal to send push notifications.

This may involve collecting and processing:

  • Push notification tokens

  • Device information

  • Notification interaction data

Where required by law, we obtain your consent before sending non-essential notifications. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App.

Backend and Infrastructure

We use Firebase (including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, and Firebase Crashlytics) to operate our Apps.

These services may process:

  • Account information (e.g., email address, user ID)

  • App data and content you store within the App

  • Technical and usage data

Firebase is provided by Google and operates under its own privacy and security standards.

How We Use Information

  • Operate and maintain our Apps

  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions

Inactive accounts may be retained to allow users to return to the Apps unless a deletion request is made. When data is no longer needed, or upon valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize it.

Please note that residual copies of personal data may remain in backup systems for a limited period but will be securely deleted or overwritten in accordance with our data retention practices.

Third-Party Services

Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. We do not handle payment transactions directly.All billing, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Disclaimers

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBXApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Service interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Apps.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBXApps from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Apps shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted in the United States under the rules of a nationally recognized arbitration provider such as AAA or JAMS.You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
